This property is ideal for a family holiday in Menorca. Decorated and equipped with quality and class, it shares with the villas we have in Binibequer the hallmarks that make them unique properties on the island for its exquisite decoration with oriental airs and refined equipment, with a great location a few meters from the sea and the platforms where you can sunbathe and swim in the turquoise waters, just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Binibeca.

Neighborhood info

It is located in a fantastic position, on the second line of the sea next to the charming village of Pescadores and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful and quiet beach of Binibeca, ideal for families. In an environment of absolute tranquility and calm, but with all the services at hand for a comfortable stay (supermarket with daily newspapers, bars and restaurants, children's playground), our clients also have just in front of the house platforms to bathe and take the sun, wonderful walks by the sea, urban bus, etc. But if you want to take the car and explore the surroundings, we are also in a strategic location to know the most beautiful enclaves of the South Coast (beaches of Binisafua, Binidalí, Biniparratx, Cala Torret, Punta Prima, Cala Mesquida), with all the attractions of the capital Mahon and its vibrant port ten minutes away by car. Good communication also with other places with charm of the island (Es Grau, Fornells, Ciudadela). The house is connected by a road in good condition. Public transport, however, is scarce in the area. You can park on the street of the property, or even on the same property.
