Black Swan Hostel se nachází v Barceloně, 250 metrů od barcelonského Vítězného oblouku a náměstí Plaza Urquinaona, a nabízí klimatizované pokoje, bezplatné občerstvení, Wi-Fi zdarma, společný prostor vybavený TV s plochou obrazovkou a nepřetržitě otevřenou recepci. Hostel poskytuje ubytování v odhlučněných pokojích v rustikálním stylu s velkými francouzskými okny, dřevěnými podlahami, moderním nábytkem, uzamykatelnými skříňkami a univerzálními zásuvkami. Ložní prádlo je zajištěno. Hostel má sdílenou koupelnu se sprchou a ručníky jsou k dispozici za příplatek. Hosté mohou využívat také plně vybavenou kuchyň se sporákem, mikrovlnnou troubou a ledničkou. Na místě jsou i prodejní automaty s nápoji a lehkým občerstvením. V okolí najdou hosté řadu restaurací, barů a supermarketů. Personál hostům rád doporučí, co by si během pobytu neměli nechat ujít. Nedaleko je veřejné parkoviště. Náměstí Plaza Catalunya, bulvár Ramblas a gotická čtvrť jsou vzdálené 10 minut chůze. Na nejbližší stanice metra, Urquinaona a Arco de Triunfo, jsou to jen 2 minuty pěšky. Asi 600 metrů od hostelu je autobusová zastávka, odkud jezdí pravidelně spoje na letiště Girona a pobřeží Costa Brava.

Modifications and cancellation: Reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge 48 hours before your arrival date. After that period, it will be charged total amount. All modification and cancellation must be made only by email to avoid any problems.
No shows: Total amount will be charged, and reservation will be cancelled if you not inform us that you will not arrive

Methods of payment: Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
Property may pre-authorized your card before arrival.
Age restriction: 18-55.
Special conditions:
Groups (bookings of 3 and more people), reservation above 350 euros and for important dates and events*: For the above there is a 14 days cancellation policy. Reservations can be modified or cancelled for free at least 14 days before arrival day. We reserve the right to pre-charge the reservations for 50% of the total amount any time from receiving the reservation. If the reservation cannot be pre-charged, we will inform you by email and you will have 24h to respond if we will not hear from you your reservation will be cancelled. 14 days before arrival we will charge the rest of the reservation. And free cancellation will not be possible.
Groups must pay a deposit that we return at the end of their stay.
If you have a group booking, we will always try our best to put you together in the same room, but keep in mind this is a hostel and that is not always possible!
