Cozy newly renovated apartment with beautiful views. You'll love it...! LOCATED between Salinas de Marchamalo and Playa de Las Amoladeras, small protected areas in the southern tip of La Manga del Mar Menor and Cabo de Palos. PERFECT for bird watching, they inhabit cranes and beautiful flamingos that you will enjoy from the bedroom, a unique experience! In front of a garden of palm trees. YOU CAN WALK to the beach, to aquatic activities centers, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The apartment is fully equipped and has beautiful views from all rooms of the house. Located in a quiet place connected to all services and to Cabo de Palos. Parking areas in the immediate vicinity. It has all the basic services, supermarkets, restaurants, tobacconist, leisure areas and pharmacy 3 minutes from the apartment walking. Walking to the best diving centers, to the seaport and 10 minutes from Calblanque Natural Park by car, also 20 from Cartagena, WONDERFUL HISTORICAL CITY !!! It is ideal for scuba diving, being the Integral Marine Park of Islas Hormigas, ONE OF THE BEST IN SPAIN for the practice of this sport all year round. Also, you can rent sailboats to enjoy sailing.
The beach of the Amoladeras is 2 minutes from the apartment. Here was found the "Eneolithic Village of the Amoladeras" - Copper Age -, declared an Asset of Cultural Interest (BIC). This area is located between the road and the beach, although there is a sign that says it is accessible, the area is actually cornered off, this is just a reminder that we must respect it.
