    Beautiful villa. You have everything you need at the villa and the home was well presented. The communication with owners was great and prompt. Depending on your holiday but would suggest a car rental to get about to beaches, town etc.

Lovely 4-bedroom-villa located in the quiet country side, yet very close to Playa den Bossa, Sant Jordi and Ibiza-town. All the services like shops, restaurants, etc., airport and nice beaches like Ses Salines, Es Cavallet and so on are at just few-minute-drive. The house is distributed on 2 floors. On the ground floor there are entrance hall, living room with fire-place, sofas and TV, with direct access to the terraces and garden area, spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with bar counter, open to the dining area with big table and direct access outdoors, a twin bedroom and a bathroom equipped with shower. On this floor there is also a storage where you have washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one of them has terrace with sea views, a bathroom with tub and a twin bedroom which also has nice terrace with country-side views. The house is located in the countryside, on the fenced plot with electric car gate. It has spacious parking area and is surrounded by garden with green grass. It has swimming pool with sun terrace with sun beds and parasol, covered barbecue area with big dining table, fridge, etc. and a bathroom with shower next to it. The house also has porch-terrace with sofas and small table to chill-out and also 2 terraces on the 1st floor, with beautiful views to the countryside and to the sea.

The villa is located in the quiet country side, yet very close to Playa den Bossa, Sant Jordi and Ibiza-town. All the services like shops, restaurants, etc., airport and nice beaches like Ses Salines, Es Cavallet and so on are at just few-minute-drive.
