Property information

Wake up to the sea every day in this spacious, refurbished apartment with two bedrooms. This apartment has wonderful sea views from the large balcony, main bedroom and the living room. There are two double bedrooms and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining area inside the apartment and also on the balcony, so you can enjoy the sunset every evening! There is also a shared community swimming pool (does require walking stairs). The beautiful Anfi beach is only a short 10min walk away!

Neighbourhood information

The area boasts the best year-round climate and pristine waters. Guests can enjoy the pleasures of the Caribbean without even crossing the Atlantic. The waters of the idyllic lagoon are very calm thanks to the breakwater that was built, making it an ideal destination for families holidaying with children. If you are looking to discover the surrounding area on foot, take a leisurely 30-minute walk to the soft sands of Playa de Patalavaca and the charming seafaring town of Arguineguín. The apartment is located in the community of Los Caideros, which is situated on a small hill between Arguineguin and Puerto Rico. Hence the great views! There is a community pool next to a local supermarket. To reach both, it does require a few minutes walking with stairs. This apartment is not suitable for persons having difficulties walking stairs.
