Property information

The Best Location. Dowtown and close to the Mosque of Córdoba. The apartments are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. Access to each floor is through the building's stairs. There is NO ELEVATOR. The 1st floor in Spain is above the ground floor (You’ll have to go up one flight of stairs). The rooms have a queen-size bed, 1 bathroom with a large shower and a fully equipped kitchen. It has WiFi, Smart TV, A/C, Heating, Washer & dryer, Dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. FREE PRIVATE PARKING LOCATED 350 METERS FROM THE APARMENT. Towels and bed linen are provided. Final cleaning is included in the price. RULES AND CONDITIONS: 1-. Check-in: - If you are travelling by CAR: From 4pm to 9pm. Ask about the possibility of just parking the car before (between 1:30pm and 2:30pm). It is not possible from 2:30pm to 4pm. - If you are travelling by TRAIN OR BUS: From 3pm to 10pm, using the access codes that we will provide you on the day of arrival 2-. Check-out: Before 11am 3-. USE OF SOFA BED: For reservations of 2 PEOPLE and one of them wants to use the SOFA BED, they must inform us at the time of booking, INCREASING THE PRICE BY 30 EURO / NIGHT 4-. Responsible use of electricity. If we detect that the A/C is on and there is no one in the apartment: Penalty: 100 EURO 5-. Smoking is not allowed. Penalty: 100 EURO 6-. Pets are not allowed 7-. Parties are not allowed. 8-. No noise is allowed from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. 9-. Do not leave the keys in the lock from the inside and close the door when leaving.
