Villa Dos Chicas enjoys a quiet and central location, very close to the famous tourist town of Moraira, just 1 km from the center and L’Ampolla beach. It offers lovely panoramic views of the sea and Cap d´Or and is only 2 min. drive from supermarkets and restaurants. Just 3 km from El Portet beach, one of the most attractive points of interest for visitors to the Costa Blanca area. Villa Dos Chicas has parking for 2 cars, from where only a couple of steps lead down to a spacious house with a large private pool surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and a barbecue area. The villa is built on 2 independent floors, equipped with central heating and connected, both floors, only via external stairs. From the parking you can access the upper part of the house, we enter a large balcony with amazing views of the sea and the town of Moraira, equipped with terrace furniture to enjoy life outdoors and shady cover. From this balcony, there is access to the living room, equipped with Sat + TV + DVD + A / C. A bright dining room with sea views and a fully equipped kitchen leads to two bedrooms with two single beds each and A / C, a bathroom with shower plus another small bedroom with a double bed and A / C, at the end of the hall there is a bathroom with a shower. The lower apartment of the villa has a charming living room next to a small, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and both with A / C. Villa Dos Chicas is surrounded by an adorable garden decorated in a traditional Mediterranean style.
