Typical Mallorcan finca in Felanitx with a 3,700 m² garden surrounded by olive groves and other trees. There is a large pool, 11 x 6 m and 1.70 m deep, and a fountain. The terrace is ideal for enjoying outside dining as it has a BBQ and wood oven. The special furniture gives the 295 m² house its very special style. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a double bed, the third has 2 single beds so there is room for 6 people in the house. The house has 4 bathrooms. There is a spacious living room and a large kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. On cooler days you will be able to use the fireplace or the heat pump heater; for warmer days there is air conditioning in the house. There is also a safe, WIFI connection and satellite TV in the house. (Spanish, English, German, French). Finca Margarita is located in the immediate vicinity of the charming fishing village of Porto Colom and really beautiful beaches.
