What you have at your disposal is an exceptional duplex with floors finished in high quality marble and high ceilings almost 5 meters high that allows to have an intermediate floor used as a work area, while on the second floor is where the double room (new furniture from August 2024) and the bathroom for private use (renovated in April 2024) which does not lack details to make your stay as cozy as possible.
You have free Wi-Fi available in all rooms, a cafeteria, infusions and snacks 24 hours a day. The house has a security system as it is a duplex located on the ground floor.
Viladecans has the Ermita de San Ramón for those who like hiking, but if what you want is the beach, Viladecans also has Playa Filipinas. It has two shopping centers: Vilamarina and the Viladecans Outlet where you find offers from the leading brands.
Viladecans offers you a location with easy access to the tourist attractions of Barcelona without the need to stay in Barcelona. The train station is about 15 minutes walk, however, with prior communication and availability, the transfer to the Viladecans train station is free, and from there you can visit Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Cataluña, Paseo Las Ramblas, El Paseo Marítimo de Barcelona, La Sagrada Familia, among others places.

b) The second outlet in Barcelona is located in Viladecans where you will find good gastronomic alternatives.
3) Two restaurants very close: Cafe del Plata about 50 meters away and Montevideo which is about 5 (short) blocks away from the accommodation
There is also Philippine Beach 15 minutes by car, free parking except in the summer season, and walking from the beach you have the Mamut Bar-Restaurant. Free transfer to the Beach is offered subject to availability and the time you wish to be on the Beach, there are umbrellas available at no additional cost.
Viladecans is 15 km from Barcelona by train, Castelldefels and Sitges: other tourist towns worth visiting by train. Castelldefels has a spectacular nightlife because all the bars and clubs are near the beach and Sitges is another town that is well known for being a gay town, its beaches are worth and the gastronomic offers are very good.. Free transfer to the Viladecans Train Station is offered subject to availability.
Viladecans is also well connected to Barcelona by bus, there is a stop very close to the accommodation.
You have green areas right in front of the apartment to take a walk and also the Viladecans Rambla where you have several alternatives to eat, have a cocktail, a quiet area designed to have a good time.
