Detached house in Matalascañas in one of the best and quiet areas, where you can walk to the beach and promenade in 7 minutes, the town square, shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment in 5 minutes. It has a private pool in a garden with low water demand species, to respect the environment and enjoy the well-being provided by plants, with a beautiful porch. It also has free parking within the property for several vehicles. The house has four spacious double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a spacious kitchen with a pantry. All rooms face the garden. Fully equipped with complete utensils, sheets, and towels.

Neighbourhood information

In Matalascañas, you can enjoy its extensive beaches, pine forests, and dunes, horseback and camel rides, and even paragliding to appreciate the views of the dune formations that make up the coastline, all without using a car. At 2.8 km, you can visit the Doñana National Park from the Acebuche Reception Center. El Rocío is 15 km away. Palos de la Frontera and the Monastery of La Rábida (starting point of Columbus's discovery) are 40 km away. Huelva is 45 km away, where you can visit the Tinto Dock, which always impresses with its ingenuity and beauty. If you want to take a longer excursion, you can visit the Sierra de Aracena and the Mines of Riotinto with its spectacular landscape.
