This modern and well-furnished 3-bedroom holiday apartment offers stunning sea views and comfort for up to six guests. It features one double bedroom, two twin rooms, and two bathrooms (one en-suite). A fold-up camp bed is available for an additional guest.
The open-plan living area includes a dining table for six, flat-screen TV with UK channels, free fibre optic Wi-Fi, and a large sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine.
The spacious south-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing, with two loungers, a six-seater L-shaped sofa, and a dining table for al fresco meals while enjoying the views. The apartment also offers air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, and fresh linen and towels.
On-site amenities include a large communal swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as free private underground parking.
Just a 2-minute walk takes you to a charming square with bars, restaurants, and a variety of local services. The Marina Duquesa is a 10-minute walk away, offering dining, excursions, and beaches. Nearby attractions include the quaint town of Castillo, Sabinillas, Estepona, and local golf courses.

The La Duquesa area enjoys an advantageous location to the west of Marbella. The area retains a vast amount of unspoiled natural scenery and authentic local character whilst sharing the fantastic climate and all the excellent services and infrastructure of the Costa del Sol.
Puerto de la Duquesa is one of the Costa del Sol’s best kept secrets. Within easy reach of two international airports, Malaga (50 minutes) and Gibraltar (30 minutes) Duquesa seems a thousand miles away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday resorts.
With Costa del Sol now firmly established as the premier golfing destination in Europe if not the world, golfers from all over the world are arriving in the Puerto De La Duquesa area to play the over 50 challenging courses. And why not? Both the Ryder Cup and the World Golf championships have been held just a short distance away at Valderrama.
The Puerto De La Duquesa area has over 50 courses, all offering very reasonable green fees and all only a short flight from Northern Europe. This has made it the ideal destination for a golfing holiday where you can go to relax, soak up the warm Spanish sun and play a few rounds of golf with friends.
