Property information

The loft is a versatile space: open all the sliding doors to create a very large loft studio or totally close off the master bedroom for more privacy. The open-plan apartment has been designed so you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean from every corner of the home. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed (150x200cm) and big windows facing the ocean. Reach the second bedroom via the spiral staircase, which is on a mezzanine level above and is open to the rest of the loft. There are two single beds, wardrobe space, a work desk and chair (with strong Wi-Fi), and a bean bag for when you want to chill and recharge. On the terrace, you’ll find a coal barbecue, two sun loungers and a table and chairs, perfect for an evening dining under the stars. The loft is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, a family holiday or a relaxing retreat with a small group of friends to enjoy the natural beauty and seclusion of the local area with easy access to all that Tenerife offers.

Neighbourhood information

The village of Boca Cangrejo was originally a fishing settlement with natural caves carved into the volcanic slopes of the island. It is now a peaceful neighbourhood where fishermen, craftsmen, artists, and local families coexist. It is residential and you will need a car - there is a beautiful black volcanic sand beach "Playa La Nea" is a short 300- meter stroll away. We love the seclusion and the natural beauty of the area. It's a short drive to get your groceries and there's a Lidl, Mercadona or Carrefour supermarket just 7 minutes drive away. There is a local beach just 10-minute walk through the village. The next village along, Radazul, is also only a 15-minute walk away, where you can go sailing, fishing, diving, snorkelling or have a drink or eat something in one of its bars in the marina. There is also a small supermarket 20 minutes walk away,
