This 2 bedroom penthouse is located on the western Costa del Sol in Bahia Las Rocas, close to Sotogrande and just 15 minutes from Gibraltar. From the balcony and roof top terrace you have stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea and Gibraltar all the way to Africa. The penthouse has luxurious facilities: fully equipped kitchen with high quality cookware, large 4k smart TV with X-box, high speed internet, comfortable beds with high quality mattresses, gas barbecue with 4 flames and much more. This is not just a place to stay between rounds of golf, excursions or visits to the beach, this is a place to feel good and enjoy, for a relaxing holiday. Fitness studio with treadmill, ergometer, stepper and weight machines and a 20-metre pool are at your disposal. Please note that the pool does not have a non-swimmer area. The beach is within walking distance, but a car is essential for a holiday in this flat. You have easy access to three beaches noted as the best beaches in this area - two of them feature a Chiringuito.
The penthouse is located halfway between the Valderrama and Finca Cortesin golf courses, 3 kilometres outside Sotogrande. It is the ideal home base for excursions to the region's attractions, from the Picasso Museum in Malaga to the famous mountain village of Ronda and the southernmost town in mainland Europe, Tarifa. Even Seville, Cadiz and Jerez can be reached in 60 to 90 minutes each. Spain's most famous golf courses are all within 20 minutes.
