Torre del Prior is a striking, historic property set in the countryside 5 minutes’ drive outside Tortosa. This house features a seasonal outdoor pool, a shared kitchen and a lounge. Torre del Prior is a restored 12th-century watch tower. It combines original design, including exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings, with modern finishes. The bright, spacious rooms have lightly coloured décor, king-size beds, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. You can make use of a barbecue area out on the terrace, as well as a dining room and reading areas. The owner, who lives on site, can provide information about what to see and do in the surrounding area. Torre del Prior offers electric bicycles for rent. The hotel is just 300 metres from the Ebre River and close to its small islands. Delta de l’Ebre Park and the Costa Daurada can be reached in 45 minutes by car.
