1,you will have the whole double story building, swimming pool, kitchen, washing machine, etc, please feel free to enjoy the facilities here. The owner stay at the Granny Flat ,if you need any help from him, you are welcome to talk to him. 2, Our Marlin house is not a 24 hours hotel,we don’t provide house keeping dairy. But if you need house keeping service, please do let us know 1 day in advance ,so that we can arrange the house keeping lady to clear the house for you. 3,we have 24hours video camera around our building ,for your privacy ,we have it switched off. But if you want us to turn the camera on, please do let us know. Privacy, gated compound, with private pool and access to the beach. Fully Furnished.
Beachfront area, with great views of the sunsets, and a nice tropical breeze. 2 minutes drive from shopping amenities, 5 minutes drive from Martintar. Neighbors' are other resorts such as Ramada and Smugglers.
