Très calme tout en étant à 10 minutes du centre ville. Jardin de 1.700 m² avec beaucoup d'activités ludiques possibles. Jolie piscine dans un cadre naturel. Cadre agréable, qui mêle la brique et la modernité Proximité de la cite de l'espace, du Hall de la machine, des commerces et des promenades en plein air

Neighbourhood information

Quartier sympa, facile d'accès et sans problème au niveau sécurité. Marché local deux fois par semaine Commerces de proximité, arrêts de bus et station vélib' tout proches. Accès facile par la rocade sud direction Carcassonne (sortie 18 "Montaudran"). La maison se trouve après le quatrième feu rouge, à 600 mètres, et à 8 minutes du centre ville en transport en commun; parking facile devant la maison. Accès facile en bus, direct venant de la gare Matabiau (lignes 53 et lineo 7 et 8; descendre aux arrêts Tahiti ou Garin , à 100 mètres de la maison). Tous les commerces de proximité, banque, poste, commissariat de police, bureau de poste, sont à moins de 200 mètres.
