Provencal 5 BR house with a pool (8m) suitable for 1 or 2 families. Beautifully decorated house with a mix of design furniture and french rustic style. Well equipped kitchen, fenced Mediterranean garden with Weber charcoal grill and parking. Short walking distance to shops, boulangerie and a tram stop. Located in walking distance from Park Expo & Arena, 4,5km from Montpellier airport, less then 6km from train station (Gare Montpellier Sud de France). Haven between the beach and the city.
Summer paradise, close to everything - literally! Shopping mall with restaurants, boutiques and grocery store stone through away. Pérols village also has several restaurants, farmers market on Sataturday and a local outdoor restaurant/wine event on Wednesdays during summer. Tens of kilometers of sandy beach in the vicinity, with stunning beach restaurants e.g. Le white beach and Carré-mer during summer months. Tram stop to the city (Montpellier) is 40m from the back gate. Nîmes, Arles, Sète are beautiful day trip destinations, just half an hour drive away. There is also the medieval city of Aigues Mortes and the salt plains around it, filled with flamingos and the pink glow!
Wine tourism, city strolling, beach with all types of water sports. Number of activities in southern France is almost unlimited. There's are horse back riding on the beach, water parks, endless sandy beach, beautiful city of Montpellier/Arles/Nîmes/Pezenas/Sète.... Within half an hour radius, you can find Roman ruins, trendy beach pop-up restaurants and everything in between. Don't hesitate to contact us for details!
