Hello. This charming cottage 3 *** can be booked from 1 to 9 people. The cottage is located in the western suburb of Poitiers, in the center of a dead end with very few passages. The area is very peaceful even with an immediate neighborhood (terraced house by the rooms). Duvets with covers and pillows with pillowcases are provided in a basic version. Fitted sheets and flat sheets are added as a standard in a paid package upon booking. The tourist tax is paid at the time of booking. We provide "toilet" panoplies with 1 large towel + 1 small towel + 1 washcloth upon booking. A deposit or security deposit "materials and cleaning" of 500 euros is managed directly by Booking as soon as you pay. It is not cashed but it can be mobilized immediately according to the inventory of fixtures of departure. A participation in the departure cleaning for the 115 m2 usable is added in addition to the rental upon confirmation of your reservation. You will see all these items in the booking summary. For sleeping we offer 3 double beds of 140 + 1 single bed of 90 + 1 double sofa bed for a maximum total of 9 people.

We are in town... with the chance to be in an island of greenery of 2Ha protected by the houses that surround it, as if we were in the countryside. There is no opposite in the garden. All the natural spaces are located in the middle of this district which creates a special atmosphere of nature. The cottage is close to the city center (5 minutes by bus at the end of the street), economic activity areas (ZI de la République and ZA de Montmidi) and major leisure attractions of Vienne (Futuroscope, Valley of the monkeys, Crocodile farm, etc ...). We have 3 free parking spaces = 1 in the garage + 1 in front of the garage in the property + 1 in front of the gate on the sidewalk.
