The apartment's main assets are its calm, comfort and geographical location. This apartment is ideally located in the pleasant area known as l'ïle au mouvement. It's just 500m from La roselière, and a bus stop is less than 200m away. And as a child, the apartment is surrounded by parkland and greenery, yet only 300m from the historic center. The ideal location for your vacation or business trip. Its location allows you to easily reach Montbéliard. You can arrive at 3pm instead of 5pm and leave at 12am instead of 11am.
