They dispose an elegant terrace, a bathroom, a cozy dining area and a small kitchen equipped with modern equipment: a fridge, hob, microwave with grill function, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary utensils. All studios have a double bed, convertible sofa for 2 places, air conditioning, flat screen television, 4 dining chairs, outdoor furniture. Panoramic windows allowing you to enjoy wonderful views of the beautiful garden, pool, sea, mountains and yachts marina. Ali studios are equipped with built-in wardrobes, offer ironing board, iron, hair dryer. Studios are located on the 1-4 floors of a completely refurbished 16-storey entrance. Feature a 50-meter outdoor swimming pool and private parking for cars. A 3-minute walk to the shopping center with a supermarket and restaurants. The beach and water sports center can be reached on foot within 15 minutes by scenic road to the sea through the luxurious golf fields and parks of oldest golf course in France.
