The gîte (search online for "villa lou soulas") is located on the garden level of the owners' villa (independent accommodation). Close to Nice (15 minutes) and in a quiet area, it will satisfy both families, whose children can enjoy the garden and swimming pool, and adults or seniors more interested in discovering the region. In 15 minutes, you’re at the beach, and in 1 hour, you’re in the mountains. There are many hiking and biking trails nearby (Col de Vence, Gorges du Loup, etc.), not to mention the Mercantour National Park! The 46m² gîte is perfect for 2 to 4 people + a baby (equipment provided upon request), with two comfortable double beds, both in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Spacious cupboards in the hallway and a dresser in each room. There is a large terrace through which you will access your accommodation. The terrace is very sunny, with a view of the garden and swimming pool—perfect for a snack after a nice swim in the summer! A second large terrace features a barbecue and a bread/pizza oven. This terrace is shaded in the summer thanks to the fig tree and vines. The barbecue is reserved for you during your stay. A large, secure swimming pool (12m x 6m) is shared with the owners. A private parking area is available within the property.

Ideally located "between the sea and the mountains," the Plans de Carros neighborhood, a residential area in the countryside of the Nice metropolitan area, is perfect for visiting: The French Riviera, from Menton to Cannes, passing through Monaco, Nice, Antibes... The inland area, including Saint Paul de Vence, Tourettes-sur-Loup, Grasse... The hinterland, such as Saint Martin Vésubie, the Gorges du Cians, and the Mercantour National Park. The Marineland marine zoo and its attractions near Antibes, and the Phoenix Park in Nice with its tropical greenhouse and animals, will delight both young and old! The gîte is located just 5 minutes from the M2202bis expressway, which runs from Nice to the foot of the mountains, and 10 minutes from the A8 highway. Your travel times to explore the region will often be shorter than if you stayed in the city center of Nice, as you avoid parking and traffic issues! Shops are within walking distance, with a bus stop just 2 minutes on foot. Shopping centers are a few minutes by car. (For skiing in the winter season, Isola 2000 is less than 1.5 hours away, and Auron is 1 hour away.) For business purposes, access to the Carros industrial and craft zones is very quick (5 minutes).
