Modern house of 170m2 with a very nice view of the communal pond. Your disposal a very good quality American billiards table and table football ... and, depending on the period, a jacuzzi with a small supplement and upon prior request. This pretty house is porch of: - Chambord Castle - Château de Cheverny - Chemery Castle - Castle of Blois. - Beauval zoo - Center park - Park and Castle From Beauregard to Cellette. -Val de Loire Horse riding in Chouzy Sur Cisse - Walking loop from the Parc des Dolines to Ardon. -The Domaine du Croc du Merle in Muides Sur Loire. -Cave The Domaine de Montcy in Cheverny. -The Maison des Vins in Cheverny. - Biscuiterie Saint Michel in Contres..
