Charming renovated studio (07/21) just 1 min walk from the beach, ideal for a couple alone or with two children. The studio is located on the 3rd and last floor of a quiet and secure residence. It consists of a bright living room, a cocooning space for sleeping, a bathroom, storage cabinets and a fitted kitchen. Ideally located, the city center is only 700m (casino, shops). The bed is 190x140 and the convertible sofa is 180x107.

The area is quiet and has direct access to the beach. The studio is located 700 meters from Cabourg town center (casino, shops, restaurants and bars). You can go there along the Marcel Proust promenade to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the fresh air. Parking is free in all Cabourg except around the town hall and La Poste (this is indicated by signs). => In order to respect other people in the building, please do not park in the private spaces of the residence. You have a lot of free spaces in front of the building and in the adjacent streets. Thank you :)
