The fine print
Please note that the heated pool is available from 1 June to first week of September. Bed linen is not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 17 per stay for 2 guests and EUR 12 per stay for 1 guest.A charge of EUR 90 will be deducted from this deposit if guests did not clean the accommodation. Please note that an extra EUR 12 service fee is not included in the rate from the 01 April to the 30 June. From 01 July to 26 August, the service fee is EUR 24.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of € 850 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
