We warmly welcome all our guests from around the world to come and enjoy a wonderful time at Chalet Champraz. The inside space is well maintained and light permeates the entire property due to the gorgeous window which dominates the lounge area. There is an immediate feeling of peace and tranquillity as you step inside. The front door opens directly into the kitchen which has everything you might need. This leads through to a delightful open plan lounge area where light floods in due to the stunning window in the central wall. There is a TV and music player for guests to use, and free high-speed fibre Wifi in the chalet. The space has a warm rustic feel due to the local stonework which runs through the walls and the fantastic stone alcove which divides the kitchen and living room conveying a smooth transition to each room. There is a large iMac computer with internet access for guests to use. A patio door opens onto a decked area with wooden seating and table for the guests, patio furniture and benches, which expands out into a gorgeous 1200m2 garden of flowers and trees, sitting right next to the lake! Please note, there is NO SMOKING allowed either in our around the chalet, including the entrance, the parking and the patio. If you do wish to smoke, there is a 1200m2 garden you may walk around while you do so, Guests not respecting this policy will be asked to leave the property! Thank you for your understanding.

Ground floor of a private chalet located in a lovely and quiet residential area, the calmest and sunniest part of the Chamonix Valley, which makes a big difference in winter! There is a lake outside, where guests can relax, picnic & watch the ducks, surrounded by nature with picturesque views on all sides. The garden is large and sunny and shared by the other few chalet residents. The decked area with seating and table is private and only for our guests. Check in is from 17:00h but we can offer an earlier time for a 20 Eur fee - do ask us! For the comfort of everyone and to enforce "no-party" and "quiet hours" rules (21:00-08:00), active noise monitoring is installed in the property and noise levels are recorded against your 1000 EUR security deposit. Similarly, if you disappoint us by smoking, 100 EUR will be charged for extra cleaning, we will ask you to leave and we will report you for misconduct. Thank you for your understanding. Unarranged late check outs will also be charged at 20 EUR/hour as the cleaner waits outside! Would you please be so kind as to take away your rubbish too? Bins are just 150m away on the road. Thank you so much for your understanding!
