On the ground floor of a picturesque, new residence, this apartment sleeps 5 people. The contemporary décor is stylish, with neutral colours and wooden flooring throughout. The cosy living room has a glass door that leads out onto a terraced garden where guests can sit and enjoy the view. Back in the living room, there is a corner sofa and a Smart TV. The dining area has a table that seats 5. The separate kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster. There is a hatch for serving food directly to the dining table on the other side. Large underground parking, access to the entrance on Marie Paradis Street. No fixed parking space.
