Looking for a peaceful retreat? Our 30m2 studio in a renovated farmhouse is the perfect escape to rejuvenate or focus on work. Located on the ground floor of our house, it offers a private terrace to enjoy the outdoor charms. The studio, blending privacy and open space, is cleverly arranged with a curtain and a glass partition separating the living area, equipped with a sofa bed ideal for children, and the sleeping area with a comfortable 160x200 bed. Your comfort is our priority: a fully equipped kitchen with a washer-dryer is at your disposal. For electric vehicles, we have a charging station in our private parking (paid service). We also offer parking for people with reduced mobility, available upon request. Free parking is available 100 meters away for other vehicles. Our charming studio is ideally located on a quiet one-way street, right in the heart of the village. Just 50 meters away, you'll find a playground and a pétanque court, perfect for relaxing outdoor moments. The village also has a city stadium for sports enthusiasts. During your walks around the area, you'll be delighted to come across horses and sheep, adding a bucolic touch to the already peaceful village atmosphere. An ideal setting for a picturesque getaway!
