Just a stone's throw from the city centre and the Ile du Ramier, the flat offers a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. Settle into a 10 m² bedroom with solid oak parquet flooring, double bed (140 cm), wardrobe, desk and fibre internet connection. Completely renovated in 2021, the 82 m² flat on the second floor of a building built in 1949 is bathed in light thanks to its three exposures. From the living room and kitchen balconies, you can enjoy views of century-old trees. Communal areas include a convivial lounge, fully-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and separate toilet. Access by staircase or lift. Secure bicycle storage is available, and a VélôToulouse station is less than 200 metres away.
As the father of three children, it gives me great joy to see them grow up into beautiful, fulfilled individuals. I prefer to eat organic and local produce, with a view to promoting practices that respect the environment. I also try to limit my ecological footprint, while showing kindness to others.
The city centre can be reached in around ten minutes by bike, while two nearby metro stations make it easy to get around. A nearby tram stop also takes you to the MEETT (Toulouse Exhibition Centre). The neighbouring Saint-Michel district offers a wide range of shops. Business travellers and students will appreciate the proximity of the Alliance Française, the Rangueil district and its scientific and university aerospace complex. The Rangueil campus and Oncopole, an internationally renowned medical and scientific research centre, are also within easy reach of the accommodation.
