Linen and towels extra. The apartment: Located on the 1st floor without elevator of a small residence, the 48 m² apartment is composed as follows: 1st level: - Open-plan living room with sofa bed. Coffee table, TV. - Dining table for 5 - Fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher. - Bedroom with two bunk beds, ideal for children - Bathroom with bath, washbasin. - Separate WC Upper floor, accessible by stairs (not suitable for people with reduced mobility): - Double bed 140 x 190 cm, storage space Exterior: - A beautiful south-facing balcony with magnificent mountain views.
