Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Dinard, this charming flat at less than one kilometre of the beach, with wifi, of a surface of 52 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the ground floor, with a few steps to climb, it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 30 m² living room with TV - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190), 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, you will find the following equipment: washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
