Ideally and conveniently located, at walking distance from Disney Park or 5 min by car, this luxurious residence is designed to provide you with the greatest family vacation memories. From 1 to 6 persons, our spacious, sunny and confortable apartment is also 2 min from La Vallée shopping Village, Sealife ! Many activities around : Davy Crockett, good infrastructure favorable to sport activities...You can stay here and take the train RER A (direct to visit the main places to visit in Paris) very practical to go to Paris everyday. The apartment offers two comfortable rooms, 1 and 1/2 luxury bathrooms, a living/dining space, connected to a sunroom/loggia, and open to a fully equipped kitchen, all designed with the perfect setting for your style, to the detail, from your Nespresso machine to your hi-speed/broadband WiFi connection, to a world of dining options to explore, at home and outside. For your added convenience, an underground, safe, and remote controlled parking spot is available on site, we recommend you to book it at least one week before you arrive. Active woman, mom of two children, I like good things of life, sport and journeys. With my husband, we like to travel in guest houses, make new acquaintances and new discoveries. This apartment is our way of continuing to make new acquaintances when we are at home ! Receiving people from different countries and share with them our beautiful region is a real pleasure!
The "Quartier du Parc" is one of the safest and most chic neighbourhoods in Serris. In this prime location, shopping at "La Vallée Village Outlet", gourmet restaurants, entertainment, and transportation are at your doorstep. Disneyland/studio/village: It is convenient to take the bus 47, otherwise, just a nice 15-20 minutes walk passing by the lake and enjoying the nature! Other attractions : Aquarium 'Sea life', “Accrobranches” Davy Crocket Ranch parc, Disney Golf, swimming pool, Parc zoologique Luminy, Cité médiévale Provins, Vaux le Vicompte Castle. The infrastructure around our residence offers many possibilities to practise sport in nature (Biking, rollers, jogging, Nordic walk, swimming…) so please don’t hesitate to ask us for the facilitations. Restaurants, cafés, french brasseries and fresh bakeries are closed to our residence. Shuttle bus stop: 2 min from the apartment (bus n° 47 : 7 min to Disney, 5 min to RER station “Val d'Europe”) Val d'Europe to Paris center by RER train: 35 min. Val d'Europe Outlet and Shopping mall: 1 min walk From Charles de Gaulle or Orly airports, you can ask us to book your transfer. You can also take le Disney bus "Magical Shuttle" or the RER (train) to Val d'Europe Station (ligne B then ligne A).
