Chalet L'Otavalo is a homely rustic chalet which is ideal for families with children. The views across to La Tournette are breathtaking, and we really like the fact that the owners are happy to share their family farming lifestyle with their guests. The cows will be crossing the road to the milking shed twice a day! There's plenty of room for children to let off steam in the fresh mountain air, and garden toys for children to use against a stunning Alpine backdrop.  Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

Neighbourhood information

Chalet L'Otavalo is just 10 minutes from the Croix Fry sector of the La Clusaz pistes (altitude 1500m), where you can park free. The ski bus stops just 600m from the chalet. There are plenty of gentle nursery slopes, where beginners can build confidence, while experienced skiers have access to more than 200km of pistes and 95 lifts in the La Clusaz/Le Grand Bornand area. Cross-country skiers will find plenty of trails on the nearby Beauregard plateau, and non-skiers are not forgotten, with an ice skating rink and cinema in La Clusaz, as well as sledging, snow-shoe walking, dog-sledding and horse-drawn sleigh rides.
