In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Ariège Pyrenees, at an altitude of 800 m, this family house can accommodate up to 8 people. Without any overlooking neighbors, it offers an exceptional view of the meadows and the peaks of Couserans. Fully renovated and insulated in 2023, the house is almost energy self-sufficient thanks to photovoltaic panels and heating provided by a wood-burning stove combined with solar panels. However, it remains connected to the electricity grid if needed. On the ground floor, you will find a large living area with lounge, equipped kitchen, and wood-burning boiler stove, a bathroom with toilet, and a storage room. The first floor, accessible by a wide staircase, includes three large, bright bedrooms, each with a double bed. The second floor, under the eaves, has a bathroom with toilet and a large room with a single bed and a single sofa bed. The south-facing garden is fully fenced. The house is located 5 minutes from Massat (all shops), 30 minutes from Saint-Girons, 1 hour from Foix, and 1.5 hours from Toulouse. It is in a hamlet of three houses, adjoining that of a retired farmer. In summer, the neighborhood configuration does not allow for nighttime or noisy parties. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
