Our guest house is familial and everything is in simple. We look for a life far from noise and cities, we chose this village for tranquillity and protected nature. We like meeting you around our table for nice conviviality.

A desire to keep the charm of the old drives us. You will rediscover the pleasure of creaking old floors! The sharing of meals or the joy of the exchange mixes with the pleasure of tasting a fresh and inventive cuisine with organic predominance.

Neighbourhood information

Located at 1500 meters above sea level, Saint-Dalmas le Selvage is the highest village in the Alpes-Maritimes (the most northerly) Authentic, calm and grouped together, this pretty nugget of Mercantour offers visitors the opportunity to practice many sporting activities close to nature. For beginners or insiders, Saint-Dalmas le Selvage is a magnificent relaxing destination, far from the crowds and the noise, where it is pleasant to stroll through its cobbled streets or in its flowery meadows. Note that there is no trade except for two restaurants, gites and bed and breakfasts. Activities: - spring, summer, autumn: climbing (80 equipped routes at the rock of Junic) GR5 and GR56, many hikes, fishing, mountain biking, tennis, cycling, GPS eco-guide (the shepherd's loop) near the village, the piolart waterfall , many high-altitude lakes including the majestic Vens lakes, Gialorgues lakes, Rabuons lake... very high mountain roads via the Bonette-Restefond pass or the Moutière pass. -winter: Saint Dalmas le Selvage is one of the three Mercantour resorts (with Auron and Isola 2000) Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sledding, cross-country skiing, ice climbing. Cultural visits to the 17th century church and the 15th century Sainte Marguerite chapel.
