The accommodation comprises : - 15 m² living room with sofa, TV and sleeping area with bunk bed (sleeps 2) - An open, fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Exterior: - A private, partially enclosed 40 m² garden - A 15 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days Other notes : - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. - Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay. Please ensure they are tied up in the garden (semi-enclosed).
