Le Dobrée is a magnificent 55m2 apartment completely renovated with taste and quality materials in the heart of Nantes. The apartment is comfortable, equipped with design and very bright (Netflix, Wifi, Coffee, Gels..) for a superb stay. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally located near the city center (5') and Île aux Machines, it will allow you to easily discover the City of the Dukes, rest in peace and enjoy its sunny terrace. The charming Dobrée - after a year of renovation (2023) you will certainly be seduced by this charming, luxurious and large 55m2 apartment completely renovated. Its modern interior, design and nicely decorated invites you to relax and comfort. Le Dobrée has been designed to receive you in the best possible way and will allow you to have a pleasant stay. Sleeping capacity: 4 people (a double bed + a double sofa bed with a real 140*200 bed) In the main room, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with: induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Krups coffee bean machine, kettle, crockery set and pots... The equipment is already present in the apartment (bed linen, coffee bean towels, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, shower gels, shampoos...). You just have to put down your suitcases and enjoy. The kitchen is open to a very bright dining and living area, a comfortable corner ideal for relaxing in front of the HD TV (65').
