This stone farmhouse, surrounded by nature in a peaceful setting, offers spectacular views and a true haven of tranquility, just a 10-minute drive from Monaco. Set within a Mediterranean garden planted with century-old olive and almond trees, the place invites relaxation and a gentle way of life. Accommodations The apartments are air-conditioned and feature a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining space. -Studio Cactus: private terrace -Amandier and Olivier: separate bedroom, two windows with sea view (no balcony), bathroom. Only Olivier has a bathtub. Access via stairs: Studio Cactus: 38 steps Amandier: 54 steps Olivier: 68 steps The garden is not adjoining but is accessible on foot. > The accommodations and outdoor areas are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. 🚗 Car essential The access road (approx. 450 m) is narrow, winding, and steep, with difficult passing spots.
