The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this apartment with balcony for rent, located in a quiet area in the heights of Embrun with a superb view of the mountains. The 30 m² apartment comprises a living room with sofa bed, a fully-equipped open kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed, a mountain corner with bunk bed, a bathroom and a pretty balcony facing south-east. Bed linen and towels optional. Shuttles from the town center to the Orres ski resort, Serre Ponçon lake 4.5 km away, and numerous summer and winter activities make for a wonderful stay! Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - Living area with sofa bed and TV - Dining area - Kitchenette opening onto the living room, fully equipped: fridge, hob, combi oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, raclette or fondue machine... Sleeping area: - One bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 cm and closet - Sleeping area with bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with bath and washbasin - Separate WC Exterior: - Attractive south-east-facing balcony (approx. 10 m²) with mountain views and furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
