Kitchen: 4 vitro-ceramic plates, dishwasher, oven microwave combine, hood, fridge, coffeemaker, normal coffeemaker Dolce Gusto, toaster, egg cooker, juicer, mixer, kettle, fondue, raclette machine Bathroom: bath/shower, sink, towel heater, hair dryer, window Living: leather L-shape red sofa, TV flat screen, Veranda: sofa bed (2 single beds 90x200) Bedroom: double bed (140x200) with window. You can create 3 closed sleeping areas (separate and independent from each other). separate WC, ski deposit, central heating, ceramic wood imitation parquet tiles. Entrance lots of storage space. Hello, My name is JR and I love skiing, walking my dog, and running. I am on site the whole winter and can help you with any questions you have. We renovated this apartment for us to live in so it offers more than what usually a property for renting offers. The apartment is very practical and functional with lots of storage space. We bought a new apartment, so the apartment is for the first year on the market. New pillows, duvet etc. I am sure you will love the location since it is at the top of Val Thorens (near hotel Pashmina) and the last apartment on the corridor so no neighbor on your left side. It also has a window in the bedroom and bathroom (which is not so common neither) so I am sure the luminosity will please you. The location is east-south so you will be able to enjoy breakfast in the sun! It has a panoramic view from Peclet to Cimes the Caron! You also have fondue and raclette machine at your disposal. And of course, you ski from/to the building.
Quiet, calm, with view on the tops of Val Thorens. On the other side all shops, bars, restaurants are in walking distance. You will not be bothered by the active live of ValThorens which you will have in the center of Val Thorens. Le Serac is a prime location in Val Thorens. Price/m2 is the highest in this area because of the perfect location. Sauna/massage at Hotel Pashmina (next door) as well as one-star Michelin restaurant.
