In Chamrousse, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 22 m² apartment with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 11th floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 14 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. The apartment is composed as follows - A 14 m² living room with TV, a dining area, two double sofa beds and a single bed. - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside : - A balcony with mountain views of approx. 6 m² and furniture to enjoy the fine weather Other remarks : - Pets are allowed in the accommodation (1 pet only) - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge can be made by our on-site cleaning service, at a cost of 49euros). - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
