Located in the Rivages de Maguelone apartment complex, this studio is perfect for short-term stays, whether they be for vacation or business travel. Our accommodation can sleep up to 4 people: two in bunk beds and two on the Paltrone Sofa All-Comfort pull-out couch. Your family vacation with the kids or your weekend getaway with friends is sure to go over without a hitch! The lodging consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with separated toilet, a private terrace, and a garden which leads directly to the beach in under 5 minutes. You'll also benefit from your own private parking space, securely located behind the entrance gate of the apartment complex. The rental is all-equipped to meet your everyday needs. It includes reversible air-conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, an electric stove-top, dishes and cutlery, a coffee machine with complimentary Nespresso capsules, a smart TV with unlimited Netflix, a free Wi-Fi connection, all necessary towels and sheets, and complimentary hygiene products in the bathroom.

L'Intermède is situated in Palavas-les-Flots, on the Right Bank, in the secured apartment complex Rivages de Maguelone. Immediately following the private garden behind your apartment, you'll find Zénith beach, which gives you direct access to the Mediterranean Sea. In the spirit of a true beach town, Palavas-les-Flots offers approximately 7 kilometers (~4.5 miles) of fine sand beaches. The accommodation is very near the Saint Pierre Institute, the Maguelone Cathedral, and the famous Palavas Lighthouse. There are also restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores all around the neighborhood. The SNCF Montpellier South of France train station and the Montpellier Mediterranean airport are both located within about a 15-minute drive from the apartment.
