Please note that the sofa bed in the Family/Friends Suite is only available if the room is booked for 5 guests, including children. This additional bed is 75cm wide and is more suitable for a child. In the Deluxe bedroom, the sofa-bed is only available on demand for an additional fee or if the reservation is for 3 guests, including children. Babies and children of all ages must be included in the number of guests. * This remarkable house has been entirely renovated and is fitted with all modern equipment. It is ideally located in the heart of Biarritz. Guests can enjoy a stylish living-room and a back garden. We offer different options: * The entire house for groups up to 10 guests * The spacious en suite bedrooms for 2 or 3 people (breakfast optional, non included, must be booked 24h in advance) * The Family/Friends Suite for up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, one family-room and one bathroom (breakfast optional, non included, must be booked 24h in advance).
