Relax in this spacious, sumptuous, luxurious and peaceful 135 m2 4-room apartment in an elegant historic residence in Cap Martin. This incredible flat, with its high ceilings, is nestled in a former Palace in the middle of a magnificent wooded park and boasts a generous 50m2 terrace with views of the sea and old Menton. The Residence has an unheated outdoor seawater swimming pool, 3 private tennis courts, a private beach and a private restaurant open in summer. A communal enclosed car park is available for 1 vehicle. An ideal place for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The flat is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as the second bedroom is on a mezzanine floor.
Valérie La Perle Conciergerie will be happy to welcome you by appointment from 3pm to 9pm and will be available by whattsapp or telephone throughout your stay from 9am to 7pm.
The flat is located at the tip of the prestigious Cap-Martin, just above the magnificent customs path. You'll be less than 10 minutes from Menton, less than 15 minutes by car from Monaco and its famous Grand Prix and around 30 minutes from Nice and the Promenade des Anglais. All amenities are less than 10 minutes' walk away (small supermarket, bakery, butcher's shop, numerous bars and restaurants). You'll be staying in a wonderful natural setting, yet close to all the places of interest.
