We look forward to welcoming you :) ## Logement Located on the 1st floor without lift of an old renovated farmhouse located in the Bossons area, it includes : - a room with a double bed (160 cm) (duvet 220 cm); - a shower room with separate toilet and water heater - a fully equipped kitchen - a dining area ; - and a living room with a 140cm sofa bed to relax after a day of walking. You will particularly appreciate the small furnished balcony with a view of the Bossons glacier and Mont Blanc, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in peace and quiet. The following facilities will be at your disposal: Baby cot, Parking, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, 2 Filter and Nespresso coffee machines, Microwave, Oven. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. The little extras : - Wifi and television (in operation from June) ; - Ski locker ; - 2 parking spaces (outside parking, on the right as you leave the building, just after the Hôtel de l'Aiguille du Midi if you are coming from Chamonix); - Collective garden; - Collective barbecue; - Induction cooker; - Electric heating (to be turned off after rental); - Storage space. One of the assets of the flat is its location. It is located ; - 10 to 15 minutes walk from the lake and the Gaillands climbing site. - 5 to 10 minutes drive from Chamonix town centre and Les Houches ski area.
