It's ideally located right in the center of Chamonix, in a quiet area just a few minutes from the Aiguille du Midi cable car. We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement Sleeping 5 people (4 adults + 1 child), the accommodation is spacious, warm and ideal for a vacation with friends or family. It comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people, and an armchair that can be converted into a single bed in the living room, a bathroom and a cosy lounge. During your stay, you can take advantage of the BALCONY to admire the magnificent view of the MONT BLANC and enjoy a sunny day. In addition to all this, you'll have at your disposal: TV, dishwasher, heating, elevator, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, oven, hot water, iron and ski locker. The kitchen is fully equipped. Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest. Chamonix train station is a 10-minute walk away and buses are free thanks to the guest cards given out in the flat. The bus station is just a 1-minute walk away and will take you to all the ski areas. A ski rental shop "O'shop" is located on a square 3mn walk from the building and will offer you a 20% discount on presentation of the flyer left in the flat. On the same square, you will find a SPAR supermarket for your small shopping, but also a pharmacy, a tobacconist's and a delicious bakery at 5mn from the flat! A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. Welcome and have a nice stay!
