Sunny, with a magnificent VIEW of the Glacier des Bossons and the Mont-Blanc massif, it is very well cared for, perfectly equipped and well-appointed, with a fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, microwave). The living area includes a double bunk bed and a sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. It's ideally located 5-10 minutes' walk from Chamonix's pedestrian street and shops, close to the Pècles spring, famous for its exceptional water quality, and the Gaillands climbing site. The Aiguille du Midi cable car is a 10-15 min walk away, taking you up to the top of the mountain where you can enjoy spectacular views over the valley. The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you! For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost. For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included.
