Property info

This house is located in the heart of the village, surrounded by nature, inside the Foison place. Very easy to access, with an independent entrance, 3 minutes from the Caen-Bayeux road. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Bayeux, 30 minutes from downtown Caen, 20 minutes from American cemetery, 15 minutes from Arromanches and the beaches of Landing. This house is the old building that once housed the bread oven of the Foison place. Completely renovated, on an area of ​​70 m2, it is close of a stream and not overlooked. The garden is planted with lavender, apple trees and cherry tree. Terrace, deckchairs and barbecue are at your disposal. The interior of the house has been completely restored recently. On the ground floor, kitchen, high table, bathroom (shower and wc) and living room. Upstairs, a mezzanine "relaxation and reading corner", and two bedrooms successions. One has two single beds, the other has a double bed. The equipment, very complete, has been designed to make the most of your stay in this vacation home. On the site, you can enjoy a bowling green, a swing, a golf shoot, as well as table football and a ping pong table.
