The fine print
Bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests.
A bed turn-down service is available upon request. The outdoor swimming pool area with its outdoor paddling pool, are open from April to September, according to weather conditions. The hammam and sauna are reserved for adults over the age of 18 at extra cost of 13€ per hour per person.
Requests to convert single beds into double beds must be made on request and no later than 1pm on the day of arrival.
Please inform Residhotel- Résidence Pont du Gard in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation during opening hours. Please note that the residence is closed after 19:00 so it is necessary to organize a same-day late arrival together with the reception before this time.
