🏔 Apartment Description : The accommodation Renovated 24 m² studio, officially rated for 4 guests, located in the Péclet area of Val Thorens. ⛷ Only 100 m walk from the ski-in/ski-out slopes, with open mountain views and immediate access to shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and the ice rink. The area is lively and festive, perfect for enjoying the resort’s atmosphere and après-ski. ⸻ Facilities & comfort • Sleeping arrangements: -> 1 brand-new sofa bed (140x200) for 2 adults -> 2 bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers • Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hobs, microwave, coffee machine, raclette & fondue appliances • Living room / entertainment: high-speed Wifi, flat-screen TV, Free TV, Netflix, PlayStation 4 with games • Bathroom: shower, WC, washer/dryer • Included in the booking: bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included (guests must leave dishes clean and bins emptied).
Important information : • 🎶 Lively area: the apartment is located in the most vibrant part of Val Thorens (Péclet area). Expect a festive atmosphere and potential noise, especially in the evenings and at night. • 🚗 Parking: Val Thorens is a semi-pedestrian resort. Vehicles must be parked in the official paid car parks. 👉 It is strongly recommended to book your space at the same time as your reservation, ideally at Parking P0 (200 m from the apartment) on "valthoparc" website, to avoid unpleasant surprises and having to park far away on the other side of the resort. • 🧴 Household products & consumables: as this is a weekly rental, cleaning products, sponges, soap and toilet paper are not provided. 👉 A grocery store is located just downstairs from the building for this type of shopping. • 🔑 Security deposit: a deposit of 1000 euros is required 15 days before arrival via a secure online service (Swikly).
