## The space Completely renovated, modern and functional studio with a main room and a bathroom. The beach and sea are a 5-minute walk away. From the flat, you have a magnificent view of the residence's gardens and swimming pool. Living area : - 2-seater sofa bed (new mattress) - Dining table - Television - Internet - Coffee table Equipped kitchen area : - Fridge - Freezer - Ceramic hob - Microwave oven - Senseo coffee machine - Kettle - Toaster - Kitchen utensils 1-seater bed area : - Single bed with drawers and storage cupboards Bathroom : - Bath - Washbasin - Toilet - Washing machine - Hair dryer Ideal accommodation and location for an unforgettable holiday with family, friends or business travellers. ## Guest access Travellers have access to the entire property. For access to the swimming pool, please use the wristbands provided in the accommodation. ## Guest interaction The CBC Home Concierge Service is at your disposal for any further information. ## Other things to note Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.). This is included in the price of cleaning. The residence's swimming pool is open from early July to early September.
